    During my recent stay at Complex Cazare Balea Transfagarasan, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided. Not only did the staff kindly receive us despite our late arrival after 11 pm, but they also went above and beyond to help me find my lost necklace, displaying a level of attentiveness that truly sets this establishment apart. The clean apartment and well-equipped shared kitchen made our stay comfortable, while the cozy terrace overlooking the beautiful mountain stream provided a perfect spot for relaxation. With an excellent location at the beginning of the famous Transfagarasan mountain road, this hotel is a gem for adventurers seeking a convenient and peaceful base before embarking on their mountain journey.
